Overview
Singer/songwriters Shalani Thomas and Paris Whiteley are members of the folk band Dear Violet.
Having met as students at the Conservatorium of music the two have collaborated in multiple projects and shows. Capturing the audiences' attention with their melodic harmonies and storytelling lyrics. In October 2022, Dear Violet played at the Kangaroo Valley folk festival, then following with another show at Illawarra folk festival last January. Between festivals, the pair have performed multiple shows around the Wollongong area.
